What to Expect at an Evolve Class

Arrival

You will need to be at the training location by 8:45 a.m. on Day One. Meet your team members and be ready to dive in and learn. Since you've all had a shared experience with the High5 Intensive you are already starting at a higher connection. The more open you are the more you will gain.

Day 1

Day one is jam-packed with activities building on what you learned in your Intensive course. All new experiential processes lead you on a journey of advanced discovery to uncover blind spots and identify strengths. When you get quiet, you will connect to the wisest parts of yourself. Listen carefully.

Day 2

Day two dives even deeper into effective communication techniques, building trusting relationships with others as well as yourself, writing new stories that benefit you and finalizing your plan to live a life you love. All of this is capped off by a celebration of your success.

Ongoing

You will be leaving with several tools we provide for sustaining your learning. IN addition, regularly scheduled calls will occur to support you and your class team as you continue to integrate and apply what you learned in both your professional and personal lives.

“I have never experienced anything like this class.”
“I had plateaued. It was exactly what I needed.”
“I’ve had at least six, seven breakthroughs in two days.”
