Which comes first trust or transparency? Why? What I love about that question is that people give it serious thought before answering. Their thought processes are almost always right on target, and in many instances, we can take that thought process a step further. The majority of people answering this question say transparency, and if you are talking about the relationship with someone else I would agree. Being transparent can build trust in that relationship. Here at High5 we offer that there is something that must come before that, which is why we believe that TRUST comes first. The trust we are talking about is the trust you must have with yourself. Think about it. If you don’t trust yourself, will you ever be truly transparent with others? Likely not.
